Abstract
Being a supportive organization on campus is a valuable experience because students gain knowledge and are able to develop interests and talents that support the world of work. Based on surveys conducted, efficiency improvements can be made. Declining performance of an approved organizational culture and self-existing wisdom capital. This study discusses a very significant positive relationship between organizational culture and psychological capital on capital. The hypothesis is that there is a very significant positive relationship between organizational culture and psychological capital to capital. The data collection method uses quantitative measurements with organizational culture scale measurement tools, psychological capital, and performance. While the data analysis was performed by multiple regression analysis using SPSS for 16 windows. Based on the results of data analysis, R = 0,606 the with sig. p = 0,000, which means a very significant positive relationship between culture and psychological capital to capital. The rxy value of organizational culture is 0.420 with sig. p = 0,000 and psychological capital rxy value of 0.571 with sig. p = 0,000, which means that there is a very significant relationship between organizational culture and performance and a very significant relationship between psychological capital (psychological capital) and performance.
