Abstract

Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) was born not without reason or purpose. creating noble moral Islamic academics is a great discourse that must be orientated in each beat of the preaching movement (cadre and movement). IMM is one of Muhammadiyah's autonomous organizations that was born to be the master key of intellectuals. In the process of dynamizing the thought of each leadership experiencing different cultural changes, the plurality of thoughts and movements are not the same scientific group. Authentic evidence of the lack of futuristic studies on IMM which is more critical and progressive. other evidence, structural IMM in the Branch and Commissariat section has different characteristics and characteristics in its cadre and scholarship. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis or type of field research by conducting an exploration of the activities of intellectual Red Berets (BM) with the aim of knowing the process of intellectual regeneration and the role of the Red Berets (BM) in shaping the intellectual thought and movement of cadres. since its establishment was oriented to the development of the intellectual realm that was developed through various supporting cadre programs. Based on the descriptive analysis conducted by the Red Berets (BM) into a supporting cadre program that aims to arouse critical thinking of IMM cadres, cultivate literacy, realize cadres who have scientific discourse that mature, has a theoretical framework in social reading and is radical in movement. Red Berets (BM) is a national-scale program for IMM cadres throughout Indonesia and already has twenty Force (Alumni). The deepening of the material in the Red Berets is about the study of philosophy as a scientific basis. In the formation of cadres' intellectual movement and thought through the Red Berets (BM) Having a way of forming them. including through the Ladder of Paradigm (motivation, commitment and character reading), Methodology Ladder (as a mediator of the framework of thinking by functioning logic and rationality to find answers to the truth) and the Ladder of Action (the real action instrument of fruit of thought and the formation of cadre attitudes).
