Abstract

Wonogiri is a district in Central Java. Geographically, Wonogiri is located in the southeastern part of Central Java Province. In addition, Wonogiri is also a type of limestone area or also known as Karst area. This karst area is an area with lime soil elements which is good soil also for the development of a plant. However, this area has a disadvantage where not all plants can be planted in the Karst area. Therefore, there will be a preparation of a report on building planning which aims to develop variants of Karst regional plant seeds which will later be used as a means of tourism and educational facilities in Wonogiri, it also aims to increase the potential for tourism development in Wonogiri. The application of the method used later is by collecting data, and looking at the literature from a comparative study that will be seen later so that later it will be easier to get the results or objectives to be obtained, namely designing buildings as the development of variants of karst area plant seeds in Wonogiri.
