Abstract

The pine forest area is a forest located in Bumiayu Village, Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency, Central Java. This pine forest is a natural beauty that is very cool under the slamet mountain and has many species of vegetation to grow for education. This study aims to identify grasses found in Bumiayu Village, Central Java Regency. The research method is exploratory through exploration. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The selection of sampling locations is divided into 14 plots based on altitude. The results of identification of grass in Bumiayu Village, Central Java Regency, found that 7 species of grass species were found consisting of familia, namely Poaceae (4 species), Melastomataceae (1 species), Dryopteridaceae (1 species), and Euphorbiaceae (1 species).
