Abstract

LAZISMU Bojonegoro city wich provides SMES empowerment, certainly has a lighter soluton and help to finance business to mitigate poverty, this problem facuses on the management that is done LAZISMU Bojonegoro City, as well as the impact given to the mustahik after obtaining a dispute, and also the role of the musical in the program to tighten it. the method used by this research is qualitative while the purpuse of the research is to know the management of produktive zakat funds so that it can help market the program to mustahik, so that purpose of LAZISMU can be achieved and can gain trust form the community. The result of the research so far, the management of productive zakat fund is given as needed, as well as in accordance with the local market, in case pedistribusian precisely target can be according to the target with the survey and also in sccordance with the conditions given, but the practice of coaching that is still the management of productive funds, can not run intensely due to some obstecles and there is a barrier to the obstacle of LAZISMU aims to change the status of mustahik to bacome muzaki.
