Abstract

In the 4.0 technology industry revolution in particular, the development of technology experienced a very rapid development, and has impacted the trading system in the world. Conventional trading is now a lot of switching to the Electronic Commerce trade, with the development of the technology then must be in the legal policy to regulate the system to run well, required legal products and theoretical implications of things that concern security, comfort, protection of everyone who conducts transactions in electronic commerce, both business and consumer who entrust the Internet as shopping media. In this case, each country creates its own policy in responding to the development of electronic commerce trading system, including the Indonesian legal response in addressing the change from conventional trade to electronic commerce (E-Commerce).
