Abstract

White oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) was a fungi that has a very high nutritions. Nutriens to improve productivity of white oyster mushroom such as : Carbohydrates (Cellulose, Hemicellulose, and lignin), protein, fat, minerals (CaCO3), CaSO4, and more vitamins. The purpose of this research was to determine productivity of white oyster mushrooms in the combinations of Klaras and Chaff as growing media with the addition of Coconut water. Ratio additions of Coconut water are in 5 %, 10%, 15%. For the use of Klaras and Chaff varies each presentage of coconut water. The result showed that the planting media of Klaras and Chaff on various compotitions hadn’t significant effect on the initial time of mycelium growth, as well as a significant effect on the time of mycelium fulfillment (full colony), hood width, stem length, and wet weight of white oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus). While the addition of Coconut water affected the productivity of white oyster mushroom at the end of experiment although it wasn’t significant. Shown at M5K2 10 % with a fresh weight of 140 gram and a fruit body of 14 with a considerable amount of mycelium on white oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus).
