Abstract
Development needs in Indonesia are increasing, but must be followed by the development of innovations and new ideas in realizing a development. Therefore as an alternative to overcome problems in the field, it can be concluded that lightweight concrete is an innovative material that has the potential to be developed using new methods, such as concrete using fiber, hollow concrete, halfslab. In this study using a mixture of styrofoam 30% and the addition of 0% cable ties; 0.3%; 0.5%. The addition of Styrofoam granules is intended to make the concrete unit weight smaller, and the addition of tis cable ties to strengthen the strength of the concrete. The use of Halfslab in the construction world can provide efficiency in the work on the Project. The need for stirring materials used includes sand, styrofoam, water, cement, tis cable and superplastiezer to make concrete properties into self compacting concrete (SCC), in this study 30% styrofoam was used with 0% variation of tis cable; 0.3%; 0.5%. This study aims to find a comparison of compressive strength, flexural strength, crack moment, maximum length, design moment and capacity moment After the research was obtained for lightweight concrete with compressive strength results with a mixture of styrofoam 30% with variation of 0% cable ties; 0.3%; 0.5% which is 4.04 MPa; 10.00 Mpa 7.29 Mpa, the average specific gravity is 1698.9 kg / m3, 1758.2 kg / m3, and 1728.6 kg / m3. Stiffness of 30% styrofoam mixture with 0% variation of tis cable; 0.3%; 0.5% is 0.00171576 kN / m; 0.00160276kN / m; 0.00129102kN / m. The design moment is 30% styrofoam mix with 0% cable fiber variation; 0.3%; 0.5% is 1,283 kNm; 1,373 kNm; 1,351 kNm. Moment of 30% styrofoam mixture experiment with 0% cable ties variation; 0.3%; 0.5% which is 3.6189 kNm; 5,4939 kNm; 4,5439 kNm. Maximum length of styrofoam mixture 30% with variation of 0% cable ties; 0.3%; 0.5% which is 2.55 m; 2,722 m; 2.6865 m.
