Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of members of the Surakarta Police. This study used a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling method uses purposive sampling and the data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using several variables, namely leadership, motivation, and work discipline. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance
