Abstract

The practice of a goat merchant with a blantik occurs when a blantic offers services to sell a goat or a merchant requesting the help of a blantik service. The blantik practice also occurs with a buyer who asks a goat to be made by a blank. After a price deal between a goat trader and a blantik then a blantik goes carrying a goat for sale to the buyer without any wage agreement. After the goat sold, then blantik approached the goat merchant and only gave the merchant sheep the principal money according to the agreement, but previously the money was cut out because the goat sold blantik practice more expensive than the price agreed with the trader without prior approval with the merchant goat. This kind of practice is clearly one of the parties that is harmed because a blantik takes the money of the sales that have been set by the goat seller. This practice became unusual because there was no clarity of wages and dishonesty done by a blantik. Because of the element of fraud and the obscurity of wages between merchants with blantik, the sale is not valid according to Islamic law.
