Abstract

The house is one of the primary human needs, increasingly fulfilling is increasingly becoming a necessity. Today to be able to buy a house many ways that can be passed, one of which is with a Home Ownership Credit. This Home Ownership Credit is one of the financing products by banks in the form of a standard agreement made by a bank where for people who want to apply for a Home Ownership Credit, they can only approve or reject it. Because this Home Ownership Credit agreement was made unilaterally by a bank which incidentally has a strong position, then in its making it must apply the principles of the agreement so that a balance occurs between the parties in the agreement and no one is harmed. Apart from that, the terms of the legal agreement also need to be considered a Homeownership Credit Agreement in order to have strong validity before the law.
