Abstract

The development of the era resulted in rapid changes in the business world that at least every person in the company must be able to adjust, have strong work endurance, and be able to do work according to changes in business direction at this time by remaining strongly guided by the existing organizational structure and rules in each company. In fact, employees have not been able to maintain loyalty in their work. The purpose of this study was to find out 1) to find out the correlation of 2 job satisfaction and organizational culture with commitment in the organization, 2) find out the correlation of job satisfaction with commitment in the organization, and 3) find out the correlation between organizational culture and commitment in the organization, 4) Effective Contributions, and 5) to find out the categorization of each variable. The population in this study were employees of numbered 85 people by taking all existing employee samples. The research method uses a quantitative approach, with the Likert model data collection method, the data collection tool uses a job satisfaction scale (29 items; α = 0.860), the scale of organizational culture (23 items; α = 0.843), and the scale of organizational commitment (29 items; α = 0.890. Used multiple regression based on the results of data analysis known: 1) there is a very significant positive relationship between job satisfaction with organizational commitment, 2) there is a very significant positive relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment, and 3) there is a very significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational culture with organizational commitment. The empirical average of job satisfaction is classified as very high, then the empirical average of organizational culture is classified as moderate, and the empirical average of organizational commitment is very high. The effective contribution of the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational culture with organizational commitment based on the coefficient R2 = 68.2% with details of the contribution of job satisfaction variables of 34.7% and organizational culture variables 33.41%, while 31.8% is influenced by other variables.
