Abstract

The people in Donomulyo Village, Secang Subdistrict, Magelang Regency are the majority of farmers, in addition to managing their own fields, they also employ other people to work on their fields with a production sharing system that is in line with local customs. The purpose of this research is to find out how the farming community in Kalisalak Hamlet, Donomulyo Village, Secang Subdistrict, Magelang Regency in applying the profit sharing system in the pattern of cooperation in the cultivation of their fields. This type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research and included in field research because the data and information extracted are data from the field. The author concludes that in the implementation of profit sharing in the village of Donomulyo is legal according to Islamic law, but still not in accordance with the principle of profit sharing. Because in reality the owner and tenants share the harvest before the harvest is done so it is more likely to be similar to renting. Keywords: Muzara’ah, Agreement, Islamic Law
