Abstract

on Firm Value in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research period used was 2015-2018. This research is causal nature and quantitative approach. The population in this study are all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using linear regression and MRA test because to test the moderation variable. The results showed that: (1) Debt Policy had a positive effect on Company Value (2) Dividend policy does not moderate the relationship between debt policy and corporate
