Abstract

In the implementation of the Consumer Financing Agreement, all four conditions must be fulfilled in accordance with Article 1320 of the Civil Code so that it can be called a legal and binding agreement for both parties. Agreement between creditor and debtor at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk Boyolali implements the principle of trust, is done in written form, and fiduciary collateral as collateral for debtor debt repayment, the method used by the author is Normative Juridical type of descriptive research because the writer will describe the application of the principle of trust in the implementation of the consumer financing agreement at PT . Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk Boyolali. The results of the study that can be concluded from this study are that the application of the principle of trust in the implementation of consumer financing agreements at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk Boyolali carried out on debtors before the implementation of the agreement until the end of the consumer financing agreement without any actions that can be categorized as defaults carried out by the debtor.
