Abstract

This research aims to (1) to explain the contribution of the amount of capital to the progress of UKM in the Serengan District of Surakarta. (2) to explain the contribution of entrepreneurship traning to the progress of UKM in the Serengan District of Surakarta. (3) to explain the contribution of the amount of capital and entrepreneurship traning to progress of UKM in the Serengan District of Surakarta. This research method used is a quantitative method with a population of all members of UKM in the Serengan District of Surakarta. Samples were taken as many as 59 with random sampling techniques. The results of this study are (1) there is a positive contribution of amount of capital to the progress of UKM. Based on the t test, it was obtained tcount > ttable, 3,724 > 2,032 with a significant probaboloty value < 0,05, 0,000. (2) There is a positive entrepreneurship training contribution to the progress of UKM. Based on the t test obtained tcount > ttable is 3,465 > 2,032 with a significant probability value < 0,05 ie 0,001. (3) There is a positive contribution of the amount of capital and entrepreneurship training to the progress of UKM. Based on the F test obtained fcount > ftable is 11,201 > 3,160 and the significance value of significance < 0,05 is 0,000.
