Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, DER, ROE, TATO and EPS on stock prices. The object of research in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. The data used are financial statements in 2016-2018. The total population of 48 companies and the sampling technique using purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 35 companies. The analytical tool used is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has no significant effect on stock prices, while Earning per Share (EPS) has an influence positive and significant to stock prices. F test results can simultaneously be seen that CR, DER, ROE, TATO, and EPS affect the stock price.
