Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) the influence of students' attitudes about the teacher's teaching style on student learning outcomes, 2) the learning media on student learning outcomes, 3) the influence of student attitudes about the teacher's teaching style and learning media on student learning outcomes in economic subjects class X in SMA N 1 Kartasura. This quantitative descriptive study has a population of 179 with a sample of 89 students obtained by simple random sampling data collected by questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, T test, F test, R2, relative contributions and effective contributions. The results of data analysis obtained the linear equation Y = 84.973 + 0.168 (X1) + 0.104 (X2). This is evidenced by the results of Fcount Fcount of 8.680 and greater than Ftable 3.09 (Fcount> Ftable). Variable X1 gives a relative contribution of 62.02% and an effective contribution of 10.45%, Variable X2 gives a relative contribution of 37.99% and an effective contribution of 6.4%. The calculation results for R2 obtained 0.1680 which means that 16.80% student learning outcomes are influenced by the teaching style of the teacher and the remaining learning media 83.2% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
