Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability on earnings per share in the consumption sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To find out the effect of Leverage on Earning Per Share on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). To determine the effect of Liquidity on Earning Per Share on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study are all Consumption sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. The sample is a collection of some members of the object under study. The number of samples used were 39 companies during the 2016-2018 period. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Based on the results of this study indicate that the profitability variable has a significant positive effect on earnings per share. The leverage variable has a significant positive effect on earnings per share. Liquidity variable has a significant positive effect on Earning Per Share.
