Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of financial performance in the company PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk 2014-2018 period if measured by Market Value Added (MVA). This type of this research is quantitative research, the population in this study is a food manufacturing industry and beverage manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the sample of this study is annual financial statement data PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Using the documentation method in the from of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk annual financial statements for period 2014-2018. The method of measuring the company's financial performance based on value creation using the MVA method. The results of this study show that the positive MVA value (MVA>0) meaning the market value of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is greater than invested capital means that the company is able to create added value, so that the company's financial performance in say well.
