Abstract

This Study attempts to analyze financial performance of the effectiveness of PAD, regional Income, remaining budgetary financing of capital expenditure budget. The population this study are government district/city in the province of central java saturated and obtained 35 district/city, by observation during 3 years of 2016 until 2018 sample this this research there 105 sample. This study used linear regression multiple as a means of data analysis. A method chosen descriptive statistic and the assumption classic using spss 20. The result of the study shows the financial performance of the effectiveness of PAD, and remaining budgetary financing doesn’t have significant on capital expenditure. But the regional Income significant impact to capital expenditure. Keywords: financial performance, regional Income, remaining budgetary financing, Capital Expenditures.
