The research method used is quantitative causal using secondary data so as to obtain a sample of 12 companies. The method of data analysis uses multiple regression analysis that was previously conducted a classic assumption test. Testing this hypothesis using the Coefficient of Determination test (R ^ 2), the statistical test F, and the statistical test t. The results of this study indicate that Leverage (DER) has a negative and significant effect on profitability, Sales Growth (Growth) has a positive and significant effect on profitability, Company Size (Size) does not affect the profitability variable. While together the independent variables affect profitability. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that 71.7% of the profitability of companies in Indonesia. While the remaining 28.3% might be influenced by other variables outside the model.
