Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of quality of service and location to the satisfaction of an outpatient in the clinic MMC (Muhammadiyah Medical Center). The study examined 137 respondents who had been conducting treatment in the MMC clinic. The analysis method used is a test of multiple linear regression analyses. In addition there is an instrument test, and a classical assumption test. Based on simultaneous test results, service quality variables and location simultaneously affect the outpatient satisfaction variables. In the partial test, there are results that quality of service and location have a significant positive influence on satisfaction. Keywords: service quality, location, satisfaction
