Abstract
Abstract This study is entitled "Analysis of the Effect of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Exchange Rate, and Interest Rates on Indonesian Foreign Debt". This study uses secondary data consisting of time series data (time series) from 1993-2017 obtained from the World Bank. This study analyzes each independent variable, gross domestic product (GDP), exchange rates, and interest rates on the dependent variable, namely Indonesia's foreign debt. The analytical tool used in this study is the PAM (Partial Adjustment Model). Based on the results of the PAM analysis shows the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has a significant positive effect on Indonesian Foreign Debt with a probability value of 0,0004. Variable negative exchange rate is significant against Indonesian Foreign Debt with a probability value of 0.0381. Interest Rate variable has a significant positive effect on Foreign Debt with a probability value of 0.0066. The coefficient of determination is 0.986 which means that 98.6% of variations in foreign variables in Indonesia can be assessed by domestic product variables, exchange rates and interest rates, accepted 1.33% explained by other independent variables not available in the model. Key Words: gross domestic products, exchange rates, interest rates, foreign exchange rates
