Abstract
The development of concrete technology is now widely practiced. One type of concrete is segmental precast concrete. The selection of precast segmental concrete because it is more economically profitable, faster completion time, and guaranteed quality and quality. The shape of the U-contact area uses stirrups and the use of conventional reinforcement as its tendons. This study aims to determine how much the flexural beam's flexural ability with a conventional reinforcement system, to determine the rigidity of the pecast beam with conventional reinforcement and to determine the capacity of the precast beam's ability when compared to non-precast beams The composition of the mortar used includes sand, gravel, water, cement, fly ash, and also a superplastiezer to make the properties of concrete into high quality concrete. The composition of the material is in accordance with the design mix with the SNI 03-6468-2000 method, with the composition of additional materials using 1.5% superplastiezer from cement requirements, and fly ash, with a fas value of 0.3 The test object is a beam with dimensions of 135 cm x 20 cm x 10 cm The sample made consisted of 3 cylindrical concrete pieces, 3 segmental precast beams and 1 normal reinforced concrete beam, all tested at 28 days. After conducting the research, it was found that the precast segmental concrete is placed in the middle half span with the results of the stiffness value of 9271.10 N / mm, the crack moment of 4.9351 kNm, and the moment of capacity of 8,3658 kNm. For normal reinforced concrete half-span placement in the middle of the stiffness value of 20833.33 N / mm, the moment of cracking 7.5851 kNm, and the moment of capacity of 10.3751 kNm.
