Abstract

Semanggi village is an area located in the eastern part of the border directly with Sukoharjo Regency. Semanggi Village is a densely populated and residential area due to limited open land which is a major problem due to flooding, slums, and prone to crime in the area. With the design of flats in the semanggi village area it is able to reduce the level of criminal problems, flooding and the area does not become slum anymore. Flats are an alternative to this concept because it requires a lot of rearrangement of the area so that later there will be a lot of space that functions as it should, which can be used by all residents of Semanggi village. Such as reading parks, playgrounds, parking areas, community gathering places, as well as other development areas. The concept of Smart Eco-Living is a concept that emphasizes the convenience, comfort, and health of the user of the environment. With the incorporation of this concept in the design of flats is considered capable of changing the habits of residents who are still throwing the same carelessly into throwing trash in its place, or the placement of areas that are not parking motorcycles or cars will park their vehicles according to their place.
