Abstract
The object of this research is the movie entitled Iron Jawed Angels by Katja Von Garniers. The major problem of this study is how the women struggle for women’s political right reflected in Iron Jawed Angels movie (2004) by Katja Von Garniers based on Feminist Perspective. The researcher employs qualitative method, the researcher uses two data sources, namely primary and data source. The primary data source is Iron Jawed Angels movie. The secondary data are the books about Feminist, and the other source related to the analysis. The method of data collection library and digital research, and the technique of data collection are watching and collecting from the books related to the topic. The study comes to the following conclusions. First, based on the structural analysis, the movie suggests that women have the equal rights to men in all aspects of life, including in politics. Secondly, based on the feminist perspective the movie represents a social criticism in which women are often disregarded in political processes.
