Abstract

Economic development in this era, especially in Indonesia, today, motor vehicles have become a necessity that cannot be separated from the daily lives of Indonesian people. Transportation that makes it easy for people to carry out activities or mobility in everyday life results in increased development of consumer financing service businesses. The development of various types of transactions that make it easier for consumers to get goods in this case the desired car with minimal initial capital through financial institutions, especially in consumer financing. In this study examines the Implementation of Buying and Selling of Cars through the HanaMas Sinar Finance Financing Institution at the Saryono Motor Palur Showroom, Legal Responsibility of the Parties in Buying and Selling Cars through the SinarMas Hana Finance Financing Institution at the Saryono Motor Palur Showroom and the Obstacles to Purchase through the SinarMas Hana Financing Institution Finance at the Saryono Motor Palur Showroom. This research is a descriptive research and a legal approach method used by an empirical juridical approach. This research is mostly conducted on primary data because they come directly to interview and observation. The results of the study that the authors conclude from this study are that the Implementation of Car Buying and Selling through the Hana Finance SinarMas Financing Institution at the Saryono Motor Palur Showroom is in accordance with Presidential Decree No.9 of 2009 and Minister of Finance Decree No.1251 / KMK.013 / 1988. The Legal Liability of the Parties in the Sale and Purchase of Cars through the Hana Finance SinarMas Financing Institution at the Saryono Motor Palur Showroom occurred after the agreement made in writing was signed by the parties. Obstacles to buying and selling through the Sinar Finance Mas Finance Financing Institution at the Saryono Motor Palur Showroom, namely consumers must have a permanent job or have a steady income.
