Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of cash conversion cycle, liquidity, leverage, and firm size on profitability in sector of infrastructure, utilities, and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 to 2018. This research used quantitative data with a purposive sampling method. Based on the specified criteria, 32 companies were sampled from 75 companies. The multiple linear regression analysis was used as the analysis technique. The results of the research shows that (1) cash conversion cycle, liquidity, leverage, and firm size simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability, (2) cash conversion cycle partially has a negative and significant effect on profitability, (3) liquidity partially has a positive and significant effect on profitability, (4) leverage partially has a negative and significant effect on profitability, (5) firm size partially has a positive and significant effect on profitability.
