Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect local revenue, general fund allocation and specific fund allocation to economic growth with capital expenditure as an intervening variable. The population and sample of this study were 35 district and municipal governments in Central Java. From 2014 to 2016. The sample collection technique has been done by purposive sampling. The results show that local revenue, general fund allocation and specific fund allocation have influence to the capital expenditure, general fund allocation has effect on the economic growth. While the local revenue and capital expenditure does not have influence to the economic growth. And the result of the analysis also showed that capital expenditure can be used as an intervening variable (mediation) the relationship between local revenue and specific fund allocation to the economic growth. While the capital expenditure can’t be used as an intervening variable (mediation) the relationship between general fund allocation to the economic growth.
