Dwi Rizky Anita Sari. I000160159.The Preference analysis of employees and Muslims PT Pupuk Kujang in paying ZIS (Zakat, Infaq and Alms).Bachelor Thesis. Sharia Economics Law, Faculty of Islamic Studies, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. Zakat is the third Islamic pillar that must be implemented. The term zakat is also not separated from the term Infaq and charity which is often abbreviated to ZIS (Zakat, Infaq, and Alms), which is issuing a part of the property to draw closer to Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala. Indonesia itself has the institution of Amil Zakat (LAZ) or the agency Amil Zakat which is a sharia financial institution that serves as an assembly/manager of Zakat funds and channels it to the community by the provisions of Islamic law. Baitul Mal Pupuk Kujang is an institution of Amil Zakat which is a place of research. This study aims to determine the level interest of PT Pupuk Kujang Muslim employees and employees in paying ZIS in Baitul Mal Pupuk Kujang and also to determine factors that have a significant influence on interest and to find out factors that have a tendency towards more interest by using multivariate analysis of multiple logistic regression. This study uses a quantitative approach with bivariate analysis techniques with simple logistic regression tests and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression tests. Based on the results of the study, that the level of interest of employees and Muslim employees of PT Pupuk Kujang has a high interest and also has a significant influence factor with a value of P<0.05, namely internal factors (understanding of ZIS management) and external factors (ZIS management) with the preference of employees and employees to pay ZIS at Baitul Mal Pupuk Kujang. Internal factors such as understanding have a tendency for greater interest in paying ZIS at the BMPK by 10,011. Keywords: ZIS, Baitul Mal Pupuk Kujang, Preference
