Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, company size, and leverage on the value of companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017 period. The study population is a real estate and property company in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017 period. The samples using purposive sampling, with some predetermined criteria, the number of samples is 108 real estate and property. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 20. The results showed that: 1) the effect on the profitability of the company's value, 2) the liquidity effect on the value of the company 3) the size of the company does not affect the value of the company, 4) leverage does not affect the value of the company.
