Abstract
This study aims to influence the work environment, motivation, and training on employee work performance. Study conducted at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Surakarta. The sample of this study were 90 respondents who worked at the hospital. Data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determinant coefficients, validity and reliability tests. The results of the last research questionnaire were valid and reliebel. Based on the results of the analysis found it can be explained that the work environment, motivation and training, have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Hospital.
