Abstract

Crime is a translation of the "strafbaar feit" act that is prohibited by a prohibited law where there is a threat (sanction) in the form of a specific sentence, for those who violate the prohibition. In general, the word trial or poging means efforts to achieve a goal, which in the end is not or has not been achieved. Efforts to commit crimes are regulated in Book I of General Regulations, Chapter IV Article 53 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. The article's voice is as follows: Article 53 paragraph (1): Trying to commit a crime is criminalized, if the intention to do so has been proven from the commencement of the implementation, and the completion of the implementation, not solely because of his own free will. Sexual violence is an act that leads to sexual solicitation without consent. This also includes sexual acts against children committed by adults. Referring to General Recommendation No. 19 of the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW Committee) on Violence Against Women, stated: “Gender-based violence is a form of discrimination that seriously prevents women from enjoying their rights and freedoms on the basis of equal rights with men.”
