Abstract

Braking system is a system that in the havy equitmen that is designed to reduce or slow down this speed and stop the unit rate, braking system has part lever brake, house, caiper brake, piston brake, pads brake,and disk brake. . Braking system is very important when the way down and parking. Braking system has a working step which starts from pressure the brake lever to fluida troungh house to the caliper then pressing the pushes the pistone out to push the pads and finaly clamps the pads with the disk. the troobel braking system is oil leakage in the house connection with the caliper, slow motion at first, and when walking sounds noisy on the wheel area. This complaints was obtained from the oprator unit, look aroun check, and performa test. Based on the results of damage analysis on the braking system, the damage on thereaded house with kaliper leak out, piston brake are rusty, o-ring are broke, brake pads are gone, disk brake has a groove. then the troobel can be repaired by coating the house thread using seal tape and replacement part of piston brake,o-rings, brake pads, and disk brake because this part is useful for first use
