Abstract

This study purposes to determine the effect profitability, solvability, liquidity, and firm size on timeliness of submission of financial statement. Population in this study all consumer goods industry companies listed on the IDX. Based on a sample by using purposive sampling, acquired 27 consumer goods industry companies for period 3 years. Data use in the study is a secondary data from annual financial reports from each of a sample of consumer goods industry companies between 2016-2018. Data analysis technique use is logistic regression method. The result shows that profitability, solvability, liquidity, and firm size not significant to the timeliness of financial reporting in goods industry companies listed on the IDX.
