Abstract
Roll process in the neck exhaust at UKM NRC Racing An inefficient regarding is a process of labor is employed and also the results of / the product of a quantity that below target a day. Roll process need 2 Laborers on in the afternoon days and the target less could not be fulfilled. The purpose of this research to redesign machine roll the neck exhaust, identify the process and the increase in the exhaust pipe roll produce before and after using. Design used the method Reverse Engineering, step in the process that method is benchmarking , disassembly instrument , the design of a new design , as well as analysis before and after the use of a instrument. Machine tool roll has several an extra component that is a dynamo of electricity by force 1 Hp, big gear with diameter of 350 mm, small gear with diameter of 200 mm, diameter of shaft 40 mm, pulley at gear box with diameter of 200 mm, pulley at dynamo of electricity 100 mm, Its dimensions total 623x452x620 mm. A roll processing time neck exhaust After the use of a machine than before 2 minute 36 seconds to 1 minute 15 seconds, so that it can be it that the number of / the quantity of the neck exhaust a day can increase and with it replaced the exertion of a konvensioal/human would have become of a machine can be reduce a physical burden of work or even he or she could deprive of a physical burden of work which is accepted by an operator based on of the questionnaire was nbm that has said there had been a complaint to shoulder.
