Abstract
The development of sharia insurance in Indonesia is now increasingly rapid, this is evidenced by the increasing number of customers who choose to use sharia insurance. Along with the development of sharia insurance in Indonesia, sharia insurance company investment has also experienced a high increase. However, there are several factors that can affect the level of investment of Islamic insurance companies in Indonesia, the factors that influence these are the interest rate (BI rate), the inflation rate, and the rupiah exchange rate. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the interest rate (BI rate), inflation rates, and the rupiah exchange rate on investment outcomes of sharia insurance companies in Indonesia in 2016-2018. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. Secondary data is systematically recorded data in the form of time series data with a period of 22 years, namely between 2004 and 2018. The type of data needed in this study is the interest rate data (BI rate), the rate inflation, and the exchange rate of the rupiah and the results of investment of Islamic insurance in Indonesia in 2016-2018. This research uses Ordinary Least Square (OLS) analysis method. Keywords: Islamic insurance, interest rate (BI rate), inflation rate, rupiah exchange rate, Ordinary Least Square (OLS).
