Abstract
Telescopic Boom is one of the main components of the system in a tow truck that moves with a hydraulic system. The boom consists of sections 1 and section 4 which can extend to a height of 29.7 meters. Lifting media uses hooks and wire ropes attached to the drum. In the process of lifting the load, the lifting cylinder will lift the telescopic boom to form a lifting angle and working radius and understand the reaction force and pump power. Analysis of a full extension boom telescope, the reaction force and pump power required on a full extension telescopic boom and lifting cylinder with variations in the working angle of up to 70 ° without the need for an external amplifier.
