Abstract
The study aimed to identify the influence of prices and service quality of customer loyalty .In practice the benefits research is expected , first: beneficial in contributing to the conceptual indomaret for the company as a reference to marketing strategies , both: increase knowledge especially in producing the concept of customer loyalty , third: as a reference in making further research with menggukan different variables The kind of research this is research survey using a questionnaire as the instruments .Population to research it is a whole consumers or subscriber Indomaret. Technique the sample collection uses the method purposive sampling with the sample of the as many as 105 respondents .Data collected by the questionnaire that has been in the validity and reliability .Technique analysis the data used was linear regression multiple .Linear regression multiple used to test model that is hypothesized statistically . This research result indicates that there is a positive influence and significant price to customers loyalty indomaret garuda mas gonilan, is a positive influence and significant service quality to customers loyalty, and there are a positive influence and significant prices and service quality to customers loyalty indomaret garuda mas gonilan
