Abstract

The results showed that most of the prisoners who repeat the crime came from narcotics abuse and theft cases. Constraints encountered by Class II B Penitentiary in Klaten in providing guidance in the field of education and provision of skills to prevent the repetition of criminal acts include inadequate infrastructure facilities where the equipment and places as well as special officers have not been all sufficient that resulted in the process of providing guidance in Penitentiary Class II B Klaten is not optimal.
