Abstract
The object of this research is to investigate the effect of seven variables (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence and process) and the decision to be client Syariah Mandiri Bank Surakarta. Sampel of this study comprise of 100 respondens, either client or not client. Likert’s scale used in the questionaire. Validity and reliability test of the questionaire conducted in this research. Regression logistic used to analyze the data. The result of this study show that all variabel effect the decisin to be client of Syariah mandiri Bank Surakarta. The most dominant variables could be client is place. This suggest that all variables could be used to influence people to be a client in Syariah Mandiri Bank Surakarta, while promotion could be used more than other variables.
