Abstract

The research is aimed to describe : (1) understanding of the teachers of the Protection of Teachers Educational Affairs in the Running Tasks Professionals in SMA Negeri 2 Pacitan, (2) the application of the Protection of Teacher Educational Affairs in the Running Task Professionals in SMA Negeri 2 Pacitan. A total of six professional teacher were used as resource person to be interviewed. Type of this research is qualitative research by etnography research. Data collection techniques used observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) The existence of four regulations that become the legal umbrella given by the government for teacher to support the task of professional teacher’s everyday (2) the application of which is done by the government in the run protection law against teachers are well and truly can provide a sense of safe and comfortable in the running duites profession as a teacher (3) the provision of welfare and benefits to live on the teaching profession will also have an impact on the responsibilities and role of the teaching profession.
