Abstract

Abstract Drivers who have a lot of difficulties with an online motorcycle taxi are inversely proportional to a lower income than drivers who have little difficulty with an online motorcycle taxi. The small income from conventional drivers does not change their views so they turn to online drivers. Self-efficacy Conventional motorcycle taxi drivers are able to make them survive, remain a conventional motorcycle taxi driver. so that they persist despite the increasing difficulties faced on the streets, competition is getting tougher and income is not in line with expectations. This study using qualitative research methods because researchers want to understand informants in the world of their experiences. Participants in this study were taken with certain criteria, those are: a) Conventional motorcycle taxi drivers who do not use the online motorcycle taxi application; b) Drivers who operate solo cities. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive, because the data obtained from interviews using answers that tend to be varied. Based on the results presented in the previous chapter, the writer can draw the following conclusions: a) Based on the results of research conducted by the author regarding the level of work difficulty of the research informants, it can be concluded that the informant has the confidence of individuals who are able to face the level of difficulty; b) The results of the study indicate that the subject is able to get past any difficulties. This is because the Informant has a strong conviction, survives with the business experienced despite many difficulties. The informant has good self-efficacy because he is optimistic about what he is living as a motorcycle taxi driver, a positive mood; c) The results of the study explained that the informant was able to work in more than one job.
