Abstract
Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of the Independent Board of Commissioners and the Board of Commissioners' Committees on Company Performance as measured by Tobin’s Q in the banking industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2013-2015 period. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis by first performing a classic assumption test which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The results showed that partially independent board of commissioners have a significant effect on company value, the audit committee have a significant positif effect on company performance, the risk monitoring committee have significant effect on company performance, the remuneration and nomination committee have significant effect on company performance. While the independent board of commissioners, audit committee, risk monitoring committee, remuneration and nomination committee simultaneously influence the value of the company.
