Abstract

The main problem in this research is an analysis the management of cash waqf funds and a compliance with the collection strategies theory and the stages of management and compliance with the objectives and functions of waqf that has been described in the constitution number 41 years 2004.The type of this research includes field research using descriptive qualitative methods, including research aimed at finding out how to manage cash waqf funds and their compliance with the collection strategies theory and the stages of management and compliance with the objectives and functions of waqf that has been described in the constitution number 41 years 2004. In this research, the researcher conducted interviews with the director of Al – Muttaqiem Waqf Foundation related to the management of cash waqf funds.Based on the research and data analysis, it can be concluded that in the collection strategy of cash waqf funds at Al – Muttaqiem Waqf Foundation used the method of direct fundraising and in its management has implemented stages of management properly and in accordance with the objectives and functions of waqf that have been regulated in Law Number 41 of 2004.
