Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of dividend, debt policy, profitability, and company size on firm value. The population of this research are manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange and distribute their dividend in 2015-2017. The samples of this research are 105 companies that selected by the purposive sampling method.The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study prove that dividend and company size haven’t effect to firm value, but debt policy and profitability effect to firm value.
