Abstract

Low back pain (LBP) is a case of pain that is often found in clinical practice of physiotherapists. There are many types of dassifications in LBP. one of which is myogenic LBP Nilyogenic LBP has signs and symptoms including the diseovery of muscle pain known as myogenic pain. The pain is characterized by tenderness and tension of the muscles (muscle spasm) in the lower back area. causing limitations on movement in the body. The existence of these limitations will certainly cause a decrease in lumbar mobility so that functional activities are disrupted. especially activities that require bending and turning. To know and analyze the relationship between the relationship between work attitude and working period with complaints of miogenik Low Back Pain (acute) at Brick Builder Workers in Bran Macanan Karanganyar District. The type of research in this study was observational analytic research with a cross sectional approach. el his research was conducted in Bran Macanan Village. Karanganyar Regency. The sample in this study were 29 respondents. 1he sampling technique in this study is a Purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is using rile chi-square test. The results of the chi square test show that the p-value is 0.005. because the p-value is <0.05. the hypothesis is accepted and shows there is a relationship between work attitudes and complaints of acute myogenic low back pain in brick-making workers. And the results of the chi square test showed the results of p¬value> 0.05, the hypothesis was rejected and showed no relationship between years of service with complaints of' acute myogenic low back pain in brick-making workers. There is a relationship between work attitude and acute miogenic Low Back Pain (LBP) complaints in Brick Maker Workers in Brati Macanan Hamlet Karanganyar Regency. There is no relationship between working life and acute miogenic Low Back Pain LBP) complaints to Brick Builders Workers in Bran Macanan Hamlet Karanganyar District.
