Abstract

This research aimed to determine effect of managerial ownership structure, institutional ownership, leverage, and company size of financial perfomance listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2017. Population were manufacturing companies and simpling methode used purposive sampling. There were 81 companies fulfilled criteration as sampling. The statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data. The result were: managerial ownership structure institutional ownership, and leverage do not have significant effect to financial perfomance. While institutional ownership, audit committee, and company size have significant effect to financial performance.
