Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine several factors that affect employee performance at PT. BRI Bank Purwodadi Grobogan in terms of the factors that influence it, namely motivation, job satisfaction. Tests conducted in this study using the research instrument test that is the validity test and reliability test, the classic assumption test is the normalist test, the hypothesis test is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination or R2 test. The data in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents (employees of PT. BRI Bank Purwodadi Grobogan), samples taken were 150 employees. Based on the results of the study indicate that the variable job satisfaction is a variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. BRI Bank Purwodadi Grobogan. It was proven in the t-test that motivation and work satisfaction variables had a significant effect on employee performance, because the results of the statistical t-test (tcount) were greater than the ttable value. The results in the F test show that there is a simultaneous and significant influence between the variables of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance, because the results of the statistical F test (Fcount) are greater than the Ftable value. The results obtained by variations in changes in the ups and downs of employee performance due to changes in motivation and work satisfaction variables. While the rest is caused by other factors not analyzed in the model used in the study.
